My main sources of food are Amazon, Holland & Barrett, Goodness Direct and local supermarkets; Waitrose and Asda have a wonderful whole foods range and I have found that Aldi source good quality produce. I also try to visit my local farmers market as much as possible, nothing beats fresh and organic homegrown fruit and vegetables.
Amazon is great for buying frequently used products in bulk. I usually place an order every 2/4 months for organic nuts, seeds and coconut flakes, flaxseed oil, tahini, tamari, chia seeds and nut butters. Holland & Barrett is really good for when I need something ASAP. Their stores are all over the UK and they stock a wide range of whole food brands. Goodness Direct is amazing and has everything you would ever require! I normally order one off items from here such as a 1lt bottle of organic cold pressed olive oil; tomato puree, balsamic vinegar and chocolatey treats!
